DeleteIf I understood correctly, it should be "Aleksandra Zaklikówna", not "Zaklikowa", for she married Zbigniew.
ReplyDeleteAlthough now I have found a Polish family, Zaklikowie herbu Topór and the singular surname is Zaklika, not Zaklików. Zaklików was and is a name of the village as well as a declension of Zaklikowie.

Maybe change all males of the family to Zaklika when speaking of them in singular? The plural - Zaklikowie - is correct.
