Death's Knight now live
second of the 'War of the Blood Moon' trilogy now out... Death's Knight. I am expecting to release the third, 'Destiny's Queen' by the end of the month, a nice long read for the holidays.
I'm a pillock, I answered as anonymous. So rather than publish that I'll copy and paste Thank you! glad you like the cover. I need to kindleise Destiny's Queen which I've been putting off as I have a stinking cold and am grunting at people between guzzling honey and lemon and home made not-quite-French-Onion soup. [too impatient to properly caramalise the onions, so it's no nearer French soup than Sark or Guernsey]
Been dodging heat stroke myself - will likely make my usual lot of chicken stock to have on hand for winter in another month. Hope the Channel soup does the trick!
it did help! I need to heave out stock pot and saved frozen bones. I'm going to send Simon to ask the butcher for backs and carcasses of chickens stripped for breast and legs and any stock bones to add to it, then I can fill muffin tins with stock, and when frozen, pop them out into a freezer bag.
Ok, book 2 downloaded (I like the cover).

DeleteGot it, thank you. I’m enjoying being back in Kaz’s world.
ReplyDeleteHope your Channel Island soup does the trick!
thank you! glad you are enjoying. All those applied alliums certainly seem helpful; I added a bit of ginger as well for warming.
