I do like the cover, and I shall enjoy the contents once again. I’d forgotten this was still to come until you mentioned it when Simon’s Wizards appeared. Thank you.
Glad you like it! I still have to sort out Madhouse Bride. I am working again - on Lies in Lashbrook, an Alex Armitage story but the computer is complaining a bit about having had a cup of tea given to it when a cat fight went through my cuppa. So, I'm taking it in to be checked out on Monday.
Hooray for Alex Armitage and friends! I shall keep my fingers crossed for a speedy, complete (and cheap) computer recovery on Monday. I hope the cuppa was the only other casualty of the fracas.
I had a bad moment this morning when it wouldn't wake up butI turned the hair dryer on it, and after I had given up, suddenly! it made annoying windows noises and leaped into life.
Looking forward to another Alexander story, just reading the Cruise book now (& Dance of Law). Happy writing, and here's to a speedy computer recovery. Barbara
Hope your computer is back to full fitness and functioning happily. Just to say thanks for the excerpt from The Elopement of Convenience at the end of Poetry & Peregrinations. I did welcome being reminded of it and enjoyed rereading it in its entirety.
I am now on a new laptop [well, refurbished] because the damage was too much to repair. Glad you like the idea of an excerpt! it was something I was trying.
Sympathies. I once managed to pour 2 glasses of iced tea in a row into my laptop's keyboard, wiithout even a cat to assist... Had to ship it back to Dell who shipped me a new one with 3 extra shipping cases. Guess they figured me for a klutz. :)

good, I am glad it's a good choice. It seems to mostly be working but I will be glad to have it looked at.
