  1. Thank you! I was sometimes wondering about the exact ages, especially of the youngest grandchildren. And it's helpful to keep track of the whole generation.

  2. Thank you

    As an aside.

WHEN Did, Britain make the age of majority 18? Do you have an Idea.

With the youngest being 16, and the one above 18, I just though that..

And it Was 10 years old for criminality, as discussed in Felicity since kind of lass began, right?

    Just if you Do know.

    1. glad it helps!

goodness, it was after WW2, I know that, some time after, because my mother had to wait until she was 21 in 1953 to get married. Yes, both are minors and therein lies the problem in that they can play innocent. there is at this period the common law principle of doli incapax for the 10-14 year old where they are given some leeway for their age.

  3. Thank you for replying.

It was still unclear to some of us, even in the 80's, though we could vote, due to parents and grands having "their" ideas. :)

I just wish they would re-do the sentacing laws, to be more applicable to today's mores.

I want to ask for a bonus, just because, but am holding myself back.

    Interesting chapter today.

    1. When my sister turned 21 there were still 21 years old birthday cards with ornate keys on; which was 1974. By the time I turned 21 in 1986 there was nothing of the kind, but some 18 cards had keys printed on them.

Sentencing is a joke and completely disproportionate in so many ways.

Oh, ok; a Just because bonus. But you'll run out of story sooner.

      glad it was interesting.
