remember I was messing around with the idea of a graphic novel? well, I've been playing with cartoon style on Night Cafe. The story starts at the bottom and goes to the top; I can't flip it without rearranging every pic. Anyway, here's the collection if anyone wants to take a look. It's in the 'Happy Jurij' universe at an unspecified sf time period. I'm adding to it as and when. I shall probably turn it into a novel novel sometime perhaps with some of the pics in it.

Oh my, that does look interesting. If there's any text I couldn't find it and the thing kept trying to get me to design something so I gave up. Maybe I will go try it later - I've always wanted a picture of one of my characters CaRa the Shaman with her familiar, a manul floating nonchalantly above and behind her shoulder with paws tucked neatly in. (Said critter has learned some magic over the years.)
ReplyDeleteyou have to click the eye on each pic to open it, and some of the text is as the title and continues into the 'about' section as well - there's an established convention there of this for those of us who tell stories. Do join up; you don't have to take a paid option. The main advantage of paying is in getting access to some of the better engines. It's about six quid a month for the cheapest option and cheaper than a therapist. I've been redoing all the covers for the winged hussar and Dance series and for Felicia and Robin with one of the newest engines available which actually gets winged hussars.
